Small Format

1. What qualifies as small format printing?

We define small format printing as anything smaller than 13 inches by 19 inches. We have two small format color laser-jet printers. Both use a combination of cyan, magenta, yellow and black toner to produce stunning high quality prints. We also have 4 black and white laser-jet printers.

2. What can be printed on a small format printer?

Digital photos, half size maps, greeting cards, stationary, business cards, church bulletins, newsletters, booklets, forms, postcards, letterhead, envelopes, thank you cards, graduation announcements, wedding invitations, brochures, catalogs and almost anything you can think of.

3. What kind of media can you print on?

We can print on white bond paper, multi colored bond paper and card-stock, matte and glossy digital photo-paper as well as a myriad of other papers we can special order for you.

Large Format

4. What qualifies as large format printing?

We define large format printing as anything larger than 13 inches by 19 inches. We have two large format digital printers both of which use a combination of cyan, magenta, yellow and black inks to produce breath taking prints. We can print up to 58 inches across and up to 100 feet long depending on the roll of paper. We have a printing system that guarantees the high quality of your colors.

5. What can be printed on a large format printer?

Digital photos, posters, maps, signs, charts, red line plans, commercial signs, messages for special events, banners and almost anything else you can think of.

6. What kind of media can you print on?

We can print on bond paper, matte and glossy digital photo paper, canvas, vinyl, vinyl adhesive, translucent film, and backlit film.

7. What file formats can you work with?

We prefer PDF files. If you are unable to give us a PDF we can also work with TIFF, JPG, BMP, DOC, GIF, and PNG.

Blueprints/Reprographic

8. What is blueprints/reprographic printing?

It usually involves printing blue prints or plans for construction projects. We can also print posters, signs or whatever you need that is large, black and white. We can print up to 36 inches wide by up to 650 feet long.

9. What kind of media can you print on?

We can print on white bond paper, translucent bond and vellum.

10. What file formats can you work with?

We can print PLT, DWF, LDF, and PDF. We cannot print DWG files.

We can scan and burn you a TIFF or a PDF.

11. What is finishing?

Finishing is a general term for trimming, folding, binding and other post-production processes of printing. Finishing is done to a document or a printed image to protect it, display it, to change or finalize the format.

Binding is a general term used for variety of methods used to secure loose pages, usually done by stitching, glue, tape, wire, plastic, or staples. Typically, any project that contains multiple sheets will need some kind of binding.
